That concludes my report. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />She's not kidding. That was her shortest ever Committee report. Councilman Scarl, Chairman of <br />the Finance Committee, do you have a report this evening? <br />Finance Committee <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />No report this evening, Mr. President. However, I do need to amend Ordinance 2025-121, <br />which is the temporary budget, to include financing for 2025-104, the parshall flume on <br />MacKenzie. The reason the bid opening date is in January to allow for more bids to come in, <br />and as is required per Council Rule 50, this Ordinance will be placed on the second reading <br />again. <br />So at this time, I move to twice amend Ordinance 2025-121 and ask for a second. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to twice amend Ordinance 2025-121 made by Councilman Scarl, seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert.
