introduction by Mayor Jones, Mr. Wackers provided Council with a brief summary of his career thus far, which was followed by questions from all of Council. The Committee voted 3-0 to favorably recommend Mr. Wackers' appointment to Council. So at this time, I move to approve the Mayor's appointment of Mr. Michiel Wackers to the position of Director of Economic and Community Development, and ask for a second. Councilman Marrie: Second. Council President Brossard: A motion to approve the appointment of Michiel Wackers to the position of Director of Economic and Community Development is made by Councilwoman Carr, seconded by Councilman Marrie. Roll call, please. Council Clerk: Ms. Carr: Yes Mr. Marrie: Yes Mr. Shymske: Yes Mr. Limpert: Yes Ms. Gilchrist: Yes Mr. Scark Yes Council President Brossard: That motion is approved by a vote of 6-0. Councilwoman Carr: Thank you Mr. President, and the Committee concluded at 7:02 p.m., and that concludes my report.
