they wish to have shown for them. So if there is anyone in the audience who would like to
address Council, please come to the podium, state and spell your name and address for the
clerk. If you live in a city other than North Olmsted, please state the name of that City and
proceed with your comments. You will have up to five minutes
Mr. Robert Sharp:
Good evening. I'm Robert Sharp, 25407 Butternut Ridge, here in North Olmsted. May I
approach the Clerk and give some paperwork here, please? [copy will be attached to these
minutes] These are petitions that we gathered regarding the proposed development. There's
just a little shy of 200 signatures there. We have over 100 more, but Tammy is not here tonight
with those, so there's about 100 more. If I misread your position on that earlier, why, I apologize. But we really
appreciate the opportunity to have input, and thank you for your service.
Council President Brossard:
Seeing no other comments from the audience, we will now move into legislation.
LEGISLATION
Council Clerk:
Legislation on third reading.
Ordinance 2025-100, introduced by Mayor Jones. An Ordinance providing for the amendment
of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by rezoning Permanent Parcel No. 236-10-015,
from A -One Family Residence District to Planned Development (1157).
Councilman Marrie:
Mr. President.
Council President Brossard:
Councilman Marrie.
Councilman Marrie:
At this time, I move to adopt Ordinance number 2025-100, and ask for a second.
Councilman Limpert:
Second.
Council President Brossard:
Motion to adopt Ordinance 2025-100 made by Councilman Marrie, and seconded by
Councilman Limpert. Roll call, please.
04.07-26 Council ivter4ting Minutes ... Page
