Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />I do, Mr. President, thank you. The Public Safety, Health, and Welfare Committee met on the <br />14th of April at 7:00 p.m. Present were Committee Members Limpert and Madden, Council <br />Members Brossard, Carr, Gilchrist, Marrie, Scarl, the Mayor, Law Director, Finance Director, <br />Service Director, Chief of Staff. <br />• On the agenda was Liquor Permit Number 04150215-1 ISSNIG, doing business as ISSNIG. <br />There was one finding of an underage cigarette sale, but there was no issues with any <br />alcohol concerns from the Police Department, and after discussion, the <br />recommendation was to not object to the Liquor Permit, and the meeting concluded at <br />7:03 p.m. <br />Mr. President, at this time I'd like to make a motion to not object to Liquor Permit Number <br />04150215-1 ISSNIG, LLC located at 29603 Lorain Road, and ask for a second. <br />Councilman Madden: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to not object to Liquor Permit Number 04150215-1 ISSNIG, LLC located at 29603 Lorain <br />Road, made by Councilman Limpert, seconded by Councilman Madden. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes <br />Mr. Madden: Yes <br />Mr. Scarl: Yes <br />Ms. Carr: Yes <br />Mr. Marrie: Yes <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Yes <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Liquor Permit Number 04150215-1 is not objected to by a vote of 6-0. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />That, Mr. President, concludes my report.
