Time and Attendance functionality through Munis, it was never implemented. Director <br />Radeff believes the City may be able to recover approximately $21,000 to $24,000 of the <br />original amount paid. Resolution 2026-34 was favorably recommended to Council by a <br />vote of 3-0. <br />• Next on the agenda was Ordinance 2026-36, the Transfer Ordinance. Finance Director <br />Radeff highlighted the following changes: <br />• Post -budget cleanup adjustments to align timing of items like vacation buyouts <br />• STOP Fund transfer added <br />• Prosecutor expenses moved back to the General Fund <br />• Temporary property tax payments included for City -owned properties pending <br />refunds <br />• Added $122,397 in grant proceeds for a solid waste shredder, offsetting prior <br />matching funds <br />• Great Northern TIF costs reclassified and corrected with no net spending increase <br />• Reduction and reallocation of note closing cost estimates to proper debt service lines <br />• Established $100,000 Old Town Hall appropriation fully offset by grant revenue and <br />the last one... <br />• EMS note closing cost estimate reduced by $50,000 and Ordinance 2026-36 was <br />favorably recommended to Council by a vote of 3-0. <br />At this time, Mr. President, I move to amend Ordinance 2026-36 with the changes just reported <br />on and ask for a second. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to amend Ordinance 2026-36 made by Councilman Scarl, seconded by Councilman <br />Limpert.
