We will now be moving into Council Committee reports. <br />Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee, do you <br />have a report this evening? <br />Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />I do Mr. President, thank you. The Public Safety Health and Welfare Committee met Tuesday <br />May 26t" at 7:00 p.m. Present were Committee Members Limpert, Shymske, and Madden. Also <br />present were Council Members Carr, Gilchrist, Marrie and Scarl. Also present were the Mayor <br />Finance Director, HR Director, Service Director, Recreation Director, Wastewater Treatment <br />Superintendent and guests. <br />• Discussed first was Resolution 2026-43, which is a Resolution to authorize the Director <br />of Human Resources to solicit requests for qualifications for civil service testing <br />companies for promotional testing and pre -hire assessments for the Division of Police <br />and Fire, and that motion was recommended to be adopted by a vote of 3-0. <br />• Next on the agenda was Liquor Permit 10011993-1, Shell Shop located at 23385 Lorain <br />Road. The police notified there was no issue from their perspective with the permit <br />request, and the Committee motion to not object by a vote of 3-0, and the Committee <br />Meeting concluded at 7:05 p.m. <br />Mr. President, at this time I'd like to make a motion to not object to Liquor Permit 10011993-1, <br />Shell Shop, located at 23385 Lorain Road, and ask for a second. <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />Second. <br />President Pro Tempore Scarl: <br />There's a motion to not object to Liquor Permit #10011993-1, Shell Shop, located at 23385 <br />Lorain Road, made by Councilman Limpert, seconded by Councilman Shymske.
