The recommended amendments to the capital budget were to remove <br />the bridge landscaping appropriations to a different account, shifting the City Hall roof <br />repair from the general fund to the capital fund. During discussion, the committee <br />agreed to amend the Ordinance to remove funding for proposed carport project due to <br />concerns of insufficient supporting data regarding equipment protection and cost <br />justification.
