Councilman Marrie, Chairman of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee, do you have a report this evening? Building, Zoning and Development Committee Councilman Marrie: No report tonight, thank you. President Pro Tempore Scarl: Thank you. Councilwoman Carr, Chairwoman of the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee, do you have a report this evening? Intra-Governmental Relations Committee Councilwoman Carr: No, I do not, thank you. COMMUNICATIONS President Pro Tempore Scarl: Thank you. Are there any letters or communications to come before Council at this time? Council Clerk: No, Mr. President. President Pro Tempore Scarl: Thank you. We will now be moving into audience participation. Thank you for attending tonight's Council meeting public comment offers the opportunity for members of the public to share information and bring issues and concerns to the attention of City Council members. Jeff Sturgeon, 3092 West 231. Couple of questions. Mr. Madden was talking about the sewer thing, where American Cable putting different things in there, we have to treat our sewer or sewer plant differently because of like copper or some other things that you mentioned that were going in there. If that's coming at a cost to us, and seeing that that's not even a company, that's not even in North Olmsted, could we or have we considered charging that company a different sewer rate because of that? I would think that would make sense,
