We will now be moving into audience participation. Thank you for attending <br />tonight's Council meeting public comment offers the opportunity for members of the public to <br />share information and bring issues and concerns to the attention of City Council members. If <br />there's anyone in the audience who would like to address Council, please come to the podium <br />state and spell your name and address for the clerk. If you live in a city other than North <br />Olmsted, please state the name of that city, and proceed with your comments, you will have up <br />to five minutes <br />Jeff Sturgeon: <br />Evening. Jeff Sturgeon, 3092 West 231. Couple of questions. Mr. Madden was talking about <br />the sewer thing, where American Cable putting different things in there, we have to treat our <br />sewer or sewer plant differently because of like copper or some other things that you <br />mentioned that were going in there. If that's coming at a cost to us, and seeing that that's not <br />even a company, that's not even in North Olmsted, could we or have we considered charging <br />that company a different sewer rate because of that? I would think that would make sense, <br />
