Thank you. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilman Scarl, Chairman of the Finance Committee, do you have a report this evening? <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />I do, Mr. President, thank you. The Finance Committee meeting was held on Tuesday, August 25, <br />2026, at 7:10 p.m. Present were Committee Members Scarl, Limpert, Marrie, Councilmembers <br />Gilchrist, Shymske, and Madden, the Mayor, Law Director, and the Directors of Finance, HR, <br />Safety, Service, Recreation, Chief of Staff, and Guests. The purpose of the meeting was to review <br />revenue projections as we move into the budget season. Finance Director Radeff discussed <br />continued pressures on the General Fund and several temporary measures intended to provide <br />budget flexibility, including reallocating property tax revenue to the General Fund and drawing <br />
